For so long I never believed there was anything interesting about my life to share.

It wasn’t until I started sharing, that others shared with me how inspired they were by my story, or felt seen as they were going through similar struggles, or just appreciated my honesty and authenticity about the ups and downs of life.

I like to think this Blog is like sitting down with a friend for coffee and just sharing what is on my heart or mind.
